We are Peter and Linda, the husband-and-wife duo behind Saturday Dumpling Co., and we’re so thrilled to welcome you to our very own restaurant! Our journey began because we found ourselves craving the comfort food from our childhoods (especially after a late night out). Inspired by Peter’s mom’s recipes, we started making dumplings from scratch, just like she does, and sharing them with friends. Before we knew it, people were asking how they could place an order, and that's when Saturday Dumpling Co. was born. What began as small-batch, frozen dumplings for pick-up has evolved into something beyond our wildest dreams. We've opened the doors to our first restaurant, where you can now enjoy our dumplings fresh, hot, and made to order. Thank you for supporting us on this incredible journey, for letting us share a piece of our history with you, and for helping make this dream a reality.
